Prices and secure payment

Shop prices are shown in Australian dollars. Dreaming Spirit is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or added to the prices shown.

Prints and clothing

Dreaming Spirit prepares and quality-checks each order. Clothing and signed prints are made to order and are sold without fixed tracked stock quantities; the options currently offered in Square are the available options. Signed prints are supplied unframed. Before paying, please confirm the paper stock, print process and finish with Dreaming Spirit if those details are not shown in Square. Production and dispatch timing are confirmed before production; contact Dreaming Spirit before buying if you have a fixed deadline. Please check artwork size, clothing size, colour and available product information before ordering. Colours may appear slightly different across screens.

Illuminated collector editions

Each of the four designs shown on the shop page may be commissioned as one signed illuminated canvas edition. The indicative guide price is $5,500 AUD for a proposed 90 × 64 cm build. Final dimensions, materials, LED/frame specification, Certificate of Authenticity, lead time and availability are confirmed in a written quote. At a $5,500 artwork price, the proposed 20% deposit is $1,100. No deposit is invoiced until the quote also states the separately priced insured delivery, cancellation/refund terms and remaining balance due date. The illuminated physical format is limited to one of each design; the images are also available as signed paper-print products. Physical ownership transfers after full payment.

Shipping and collection

Print and clothing delivery is available Australia-wide and is charged at checkout according to the item and parcel size. Insured delivery for an illuminated canvas commission is quoted separately before production.

Tracking details are provided when the selected delivery service supports tracking. Customers should ensure the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and correct.

Change of mind

Unless a product page or accepted collector quote says otherwise, Dreaming Spirit does not offer change-of-mind returns for made-to-order clothing, signed prints or commissioned illuminated canvas editions. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is significantly different from its description or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees, contact moonblood84@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs where relevant. Dreaming Spirit will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Physical ownership and artwork rights

After full payment, purchasing clothing, a print or an illuminated canvas edition transfers ownership of that physical item only. Copyright, reproduction, adaptation, publishing, merchandising and commercial-use rights do not transfer. Artwork must not be copied, digitised, altered, reproduced on other products, used in branding or used commercially without written permission.

Cultural respect

Dreaming Spirit artworks carry cultural meaning and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property. Every work should be displayed, worn and shared with respect for its story, cultural integrity and the authority of the artist.
